Pegi Eyers @ the Parliament of the World's Religions 2018
In addition to speaking on a panel, and offering a book signing and author meet & greet, I gave a presentation with my matrifocal/labyrinth art at the Red Tent-hosted event Spirit Soaring.
Celebrate Art & Spirituality at the Parliament of the World's Religions! Artists will show a sample of their work, dance, or music, and speak briefly about how their art connects with spirituality. The arts offer ways of bringing ourselves and others into deeper connections with spirit, the experience of being human, a sense of wonder, and our place in the web of creation, however we describe it.

"Goddess Labyrinth" is an eco-feminist labyrinth installation and mixed media artwork by Pegi Eyers, author of the award-winning book Ancient Spirit Rising. This framed work honors serpentine earth energy, the regenerative power of nature, the animist spirits of place, the leylines of Turtle Island, and the ancient Celtic clanmothers. All land is sacred land!
Pegi Eyers is also the author of Ancient Spirit Rising: Reclaiming Your Roots & Restoring Earth Community, an award-winning book that explores social justice, nature spirituality, the ancestral arts, and resilience in times of massive change. www.stonecirclepress.com |
